Well hows it going Comet fans and alumni Alike, My name is Floyd Beard and i'm senior At CMU. I am of of the writers for the Coleman comets unofficial blog, i am 22 and was born in Detroit MI. I am a double major in Sports Management and Business marketing. I have a deep passion for sports and the effect that it has on our society, and i want to find a way to be apart of it. This was why i choose to come to CMU which has one of the best sports management programs in the whole country and is one of 25 school accredited by COSMA (commission on accreditation of sports management) which make a degree from CMU just that much more valuable.One word that i can say That describes me is friendly because, i am a very outing,talkative, and interactive type person.
I do this because i'm the type of person that believes that its more ;"Who you know than what you know". So every person that i meet is a potential connection that I may be able to help or someone that could possibly help me if i Needed it. The one thing that scares me to the right track every time that i feel that I feel that i have fallen off and it to not be successful. Success to me is not an option but rather a requirement for my life, this causes me to try my hardest on everything that i am a part of. Though this may seem stressful its the price i'm willing to pay to ensure my success.
